As Windsor's super-regional power-house and largest shopping centre in Southwestern Ontario, Devonshire Mall, keeps getting better. The 954,000 square foot mall just expanded, adding over 100,000 square feet. Expansion tenants include a 12-screen, 3,600 seat, Cineplex Odeon theatre complex, a roadhouse stlye restaurant, a junior anchor and over 15 new stores.

The $25 million expansion at Devonshire Mall is the first phase in a complete expansion, renovation and remerchandising plan. This market-dominant, super-regional powerhouse, located in the heart of a major retail hub in Windsor, is anchored by three major department stores - The Bay, Sears and a brand new Zellers.

Devonshire's market position is further strengthened by a solid representation of national retailers, and distinct tenants, housing in total 176 stores. The centre is a leading performer in the Canadian retail scene.
